By engaging Core Accounting Inc. for services, accessing our website, or submitting information through our contact forms, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
Core Accounting Inc. provides accounting, tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, HST/GST filing, and advisory services to individuals and businesses. The specific scope of services for each client engagement is defined in a written engagement letter, which forms part of our agreement with you.

Core Accounting Inc. relies on the accuracy of information provided by clients. We are not responsible for errors, penalties, or consequences arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided to us.
Fees are quoted upfront in your engagement letter on a fixed-fee basis. Additional services beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately before work begins. Invoices are due as specified in your engagement letter. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Core Accounting Inc. maintains strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with CPA professional standards and applicable privacy legislation. We do not share client information with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
Core Accounting Inc.'s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including CRA penalties or interest resulting from information not disclosed to us, client delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for fees for work completed to the date of termination. We will return your documents and provide reasonable transition assistance.
